Tractor transmission gearbox housing /casing is made by resin sand casting, investment casting, or lost wax casting. Material is ductile iron GGG40, Grey iron GG20, or as per requirement. Smooth casting surface after shot blasting make the gearbox housing casing high quality level.
Besides the casting service, we also provide service on CNC machining, milling, grinding, boring after gearbox sand casting. Mould production is made in-house. 3MM inspection will be made after machining. Anti rust painting and plywood case package will protect goods in great condition during sea, air, train shipment.
